We are seeking a French and English-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Portugal, working on an exciting insurance project.

Your Role

As a French and English-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with personalized assistance, solutions, and guidance regarding their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Educating customers about insurance policies, benefits, and terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience.
What Were Looking For

We value potential and attitude over experience. While prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is a plus, it is not a must. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in your role.

Key qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French C1 or C2
  • Good command of English (training and communication will be conducted in English).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work on Remote in Portugal
