Farfetch is seeking a detail-oriented team member to help ensure accuracy of product information through online research and cross-source validation. You will identify identical items across sources and update descriptions, attributes, and imagery in our systems to maintain data quality.

You will work in the Creative Operations group, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor data quality on the internal platform, and contribute to an engaging on-site experience for customers.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or related field
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task without compromising on quality standards

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, create and/or edit information of items that arrive production according to guidelines
• Identify similar products across multiple sources
• Verify and validate product information by cross-referencing across sources
• Compare product information to determine if items are the same or different, noting attribute variations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during validation, documenting issues and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Use the internal platform to register and monitor data quality
• Analyse product defects and identify actions to resolve them
