Sales Assistant – Luxury Jewelry | Lisbon (Shopping Center)

We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our boutique located in a shopping center in Lisbon, Portugal.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in luxury, personalized service, or high-end fashion.
• A natural salesperson who enjoys engaging with customers and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Based in Lisbon or nearby.

Requirements:

PrimeIT seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support electronic invoice processing aligned with the organization’s Source to Pay Core Model.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper functional analysis and process design for invoice issuing and reception.
• Monitor and control invoice reception flows and support suppliers in transitioning to dematerialized electronic invoicing.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between application implementation activities and coordinate with IT development teams.
• Define test scenarios, perform testing, and support UAT with business key users.
• Provide functional support and training to end users; create technical/functional documentation.
• Conduct application assessments and requirements gathering.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of dematerialization tools and Electronic Invoicing Reform.
• Experience with Kofax Total Agility, ReadSoft Process Director, and SAP modules related to invoice processing.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant experience with an international mindset.

Project Type: National and/or international. Level: Mid (3–6 years). Salary: €1,200–€2,000 base + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits.
