Discord is opening its first engineering office in Lisbon and seeking the founding recruiter on the ground to establish the local recruiting foundation as we grow to ~30 engineers by 2027. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for Core Tech, shape our Lisbon processes, and define Discord’s Lisbon hiring culture in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
