You will lead the APIs & Automations squad, spend ~70% on development and client interactions, and apply AI-driven automation to reduce toil while shaping the payments platform's future.

Qualificações

• Built and operated public or partner APIs at scale with versioning experience.
• Strong on integration patterns: webhooks, event distribution, idempotency.
• Automation builder: removed toil end to end, increasingly with AI agents.
• Technical squad leadership; 70% of time spent on development and client interactions.
• AI tools usage for over a year, building AI agents or automations.

Responsabilidades

• Own API platform from scratch and define external API surface.
• Set up and lead the APIs & Automations squad; influence platform direction.
• Drive AI-enabled automation engine to reduce manual work.
• Balance development work with client interactions and collaboration.
• Shape the future architecture and developer experience of the platform.
