FOX IT is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to design and build high-quality cross-platform applications using Flutter. You will own features from concept to deployment, mentor juniors, and help shape architectural decisions across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total software development experience.
• Hands-on Flutter and Dart experience (≥2 years).
• Strong OOP and modern development practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with state management (Riverpod, BLoC, Provider).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling async data flows.
• Knowledge of UI responsiveness and mobile design guidelines.
• Git and CI/CD workflows know-how.
• Experience with local storage (Hive, SQLite) and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Agile methods.
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
• AI experience – hands-on use of AI tools/AI-assisted dev.
• Available to start ASAP.

We're looking for Senior Flutter Developer to help design and build high-quality, scalable mobile and web applications using Flutter. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to bring modern, responsive digital experiences to life. As a senior developer, you'll be expected to take ownership of features from concept to deployment, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will help elevate engineering practices and strengthen Flutter adoption across projects.

Role responsibilities

• Developing cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android/iOS

Requirements

• 5+ years of total software development experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern development practices
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Provider)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flowsUnderstanding the principles of responsive UI and mobile design guidelines.
• Solid knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with local storage (e.g., Hive, SQLite) and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• AI experience — hands-on use of AI tools/AI-assisted development
• Available to start ASAP
