AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up, driving greenfield development independently while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed.

This role involves supervising AI-assisted development, reviewing generated code, and ensuring the implementations achieve the intended results, with the flexibility of flextime and remote/work-from-home options available.

Qualificações

• Flutter engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD, when product needs require it.

• High-level understanding of LLVM, Swift, and C++.
