LUZA Group is seeking a mobile developer to design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter, and fluency in Portuguese. Experience with Agile projects is required, and .NET familiarity is valued. Hybrid work model and health insurance are offered.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications are responsive, performative, and highly usable.
• Integrate apps with REST APIs and external services.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization for stable apps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint processes.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team.

What You'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter;
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices and design patterns;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product owners) to translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and maintain high usability standards;
• Integrate apps with REST APIs and external services;
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to deliver stable and reliable applications;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:
