Job summary

Ecojob is seeking a Floral Assistant in Lisbon to support the florist in creating stunning arrangements for weddings, parties, and corporate events. The role involves inventory, studio upkeep, deliveries, and on-site setup, with emphasis on customer service and learning floral design techniques.

The position is part-time with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior floral design experience is preferred, but not required, and physical work is involved.

Floral Assistant

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Floral Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a part-time position without accommodation, suitable for men with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Florist in preparing and arranging flowers for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions
• Help with inventory management, including ordering and organizing flowers and supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio
• Assist with deliveries and set up of floral arrangements at event venues
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, taking orders, and attending to customer inquiries
• Learn and apply different floral design techniques under the guidance of the Florist

Requirements:

Salary:
