We are currently seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Lisbon Portugal on a contract basis As a Fitter you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components and systems according to blueprints and technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and schematics
• Assemble and install mechanical components such as pipes valves fittings and pumps
• Use hand and power tools to cut drill bend and shape materials as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during assembly or installation
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fitter or similar role
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
• Excellent teamwork skills
