BrightConnect in Braga is seeking a highly motivated waiter/waitress for a full-time position in an upscale setting. The role includes a competitive monthly salary and accommodation, and offers a strong start for recent graduates aiming to build a career in hospitality.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timely service. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean dining area, including setting tables and refilling condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food or drinks.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
