Revolut is hiring an External Enquiry Analyst in Porto to detect and investigate financial crime risks. You’ll work with the Compliance team to safeguard funds and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role may involve night and weekend shifts, fully compensated, to support 24/7 coverage. Responsibilities include liaising with law enforcement, processing court orders and DPAs, and preparing documentation for external requests.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Italian (C1+).
• 2+ years FinCrime experience or 1+ year external enforcement experience.
• Experience with investigative methodologies and analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with law enforcement and third parties.
• Respond to requests with appropriate timelines and accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for external requests and investigations.
• Generate reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with cross‑functional teams.
