Accenture Industry and Enterprise in Portugal is seeking a Team Lead for the AML screening function. You will manage a team of analysts, ensure timely investigations, and uphold regulatory standards while collaborating across QC/QA and Operations to improve performance.

The role requires a strong leadership background, 2+ years in AML or financial crime operations, and a valid EU work permit. Accenture offers a broad benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, law, or related field.
• English level: C1 (advanced proficiency).
• Must have valid work permit or EU/Schengen citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Oversee day-to-day investigation workflow — allocation, prioritization, case handling and case review — to ensure timely and accurate completion of alerts.
• Maintain clear audit trails, escalation logs, and adherence to case documentation standards.
• Partner with QC and QA teams to ensure error rates remain within acceptable thresholds.
• Escalate unusual trends and high-risk cases to Operations Manager.
