Quanteam - Portugal, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Financial Controller to support reconciliations and finance transformation. You will handle PnL and FX reconciliation activities, analyze discrepancies, and work with stakeholders during month-end close.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting and 3–4 years in Accounting or Financial Control, with strong Excel and analytical skills; English fluency is essential and French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3–4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Control.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the PnL reconciliation process and contribute to the FX reconciliation remediation plan.
• Perform economic and accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and proper justification of balances.
• Analyse breaks, monitor discrepancies, and elevate risks when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during closing periods.
• Contribute to improving control processes and reducing manual adjustments.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including the CODA to OFS migration.
