ALEBS is hiring a Finance Trainee (m/f) for 9-12 months in Portugal. The role covers core accounting areas including R2R, O2C, Treasury operations, Intercompany coordination, and Accounts Payable. You will work on journal entries, reconciliations, and continuous improvement of processes using ERP tools.

English is required, plus one of French, German or Dutch. Hybrid working, career development in a global leader, and a competitive package (health insurance, meal allowance) are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.

Mansioni

• End-to-end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations in month-end close under GAAP/IFRS.
• Assist in Order to Cash processes, billing and payment reconciliation.
• Support Treasury operations, cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Support intercompany matching and settlements with global finance counterparts.
• Identify and apply lean financial principles to automate manual Excel/ERP tasks.
• Assist Accounts Payable with vendor invoicing and PO matching.
