BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Controlling professional to manage intercompany recharges, cost classifications, and budgeting processes.

You will review requisitions, perform period-end settlements, maintain master data in CO/FI, and provide structured data extracts for dashboards.

Requires 2–5 years in accounting/controlling, SAP FI/CO expertise, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting/controlling experience in manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Big Four experience is a strong asset.
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge, including cost centers, internal orders, and WBS.
• Experience with budgeting, SAP cost center planning, and profitability analysis.
• Fluent English communication; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Intercompany & intra-plant recharges in alignment with group policies.
• BANF review and approvals within Delegation of Authority limits; escalate deviations.
• Cost classification accuracy across transactions; maintain master data in CO, FI, MM.
• Support standard cost roll, data validation and cost component checks.
• Perform cost allocations & settlements during period-end closing.
• Prepare controlling reconciliations to support month-end close.

• Intercompany & Intra‑Plant Recharges — Process intercompany and intra‑plant recharges in alignment with group policies.
• BANF Review & Approval — Review purchase requisitions (BANFs), execute approvals within Delegation of Authority limits, and upscale budget deviations or misclassifications to the Plant Controller.
• Cost Classification Accuracy — Ensure correct cost classification and account assignment across all transactions.
• Material Master Data Maintenance — Maintain finance‑relevant material master data, including costing views and price control settings.
• Master Data Consistency — Ensure consistency and alignment of master data across CO, FI, and MM modules.
• Standard Cost Roll Support — Support the annual/periodic standard cost roll, including data validation and cost component checks.
• Inventory Valuation — Support inventory valuation activities such as WIP calculation and production variance logic.
• Production Order Variances — Extract, reconcile, and analyze production order variances.
• SAP Planning Uploads — Execute SAP planning uploads for budget and forecast versions.
• Cost Allocations & Settlements — Perform cost allocations and settlement cycles during period‑end closing.
• Overhead Monitoring — Monitor overhead absorption and ensure allocation accuracy.
• Controlling Reconciliations — Prepare controlling‑related reconciliations to support month‑end close.
• Structured Data Extraction — Provide structured data extracts for reporting, dashboards, and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, controlling, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Prior experience in a Big Four firm is considered a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including cost centers, internal orders, and WBS elements
• Experience with budgeting, SAP cost center planning, and profitability analysis
• Strong analytical mindset, structured working style, and confident English communication
• Knowledge of accounting / IFRS is a strong asset.
