Digital Solutions in Lisbon seeks an experienced SAP FI consultant to drive automation and digitalization of finance processes, and to contribute to the S/4HANA transformation of our central ERP systems.

You will customize based on changes in financial standards, consult business departments on SAP Finance End-to-End processes and architecture, perform 3rd Level support, and collaborate with external suppliers. Fluent English is required; 4–5 years in SAP FI and ERP6.0 knowledge are expected.

Qualificações

• Min 4/5 years of experience in SAP FI
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 (EHP 8) or higher
• Business understanding for financial processes
• Consulting experience on SAP Finance End-to-End processes and architecture
• Basic knowledge with related modules MM, SD and PP
• Basic knowledge with SAP development environment (SAP Workbench, FIORI, IDoc)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken

You'll be focused in

• Driving automation and digitalization of finance processes
• Playing a vital role in the S/4HANA transformation of our central ERP systems
• Improving existing and implement new features by customization based on changes in financial standards, legal requirements or as part of big projects
• Challenging and translating business requirements into SAP customization
• Consulting the business departments in SAP solutions available
• Defining and update the SAP architecture in the respective business domain
• Taking care of the SAP "3rd Level" operations of the respective SAP modules
• Collaborating with other external suppliers supporting in this domain

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP system ERP 6.0 (EHP 8) and higher
• At least 4/5 years of experience in the SAP module FI
• Business understanding for financial processes
• Consulting experience on the SAP Finance End-to-End Processes and architecture
• Basic understanding of related modules such as MM, SD and PP (as they provide relevant data for financial processes)
• Basic knowledge with SAP development environment (SAP Workbench, FIORI, IDoc)
• Analytical thinking to understand the existing environment and understand business processes and demandsGood communication and presentation skills to share knowledge with the business departments
• Experience in support and project activities
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency in ABAP programming
• SAP Financial Accounting certification or equivalent and/or experience with tax compliance and automotive industry processes
• Exposure to SAP PI, Mulesoft, and FIORI environments
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks

SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) team focus is the continuous improvement in digitalization of Finance Processes and Controlling Instruments, mainly on SAP solutions, while ensuring fast and correct Period End Closing. This team is composed of functional (FI and CO) and technical (ABAP) SAP profiles.
