Conetic Group is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage the full finance cycle across the group, independently leading day-to-day financial operations with attention to detail, ownership, and initiative. You will work across accounting, treasury and reporting, supporting both operational execution and financial insights that guide decisions.

Responsibilities include GL entries, reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR, and preparing reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 3 years of professional experience in Finance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day accounting including GL entries and bank reconciliations.
• Assist month-end/year-end closes and prepare financial reports.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.
• Assist auditors with required documentation and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional finance operations.

About the role

As a Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full finance cycle across Conetic Group, independently leading day-to-day financial operations with strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work across accounting, treasury, and reporting functions, supporting both the operational execution and the financial insights that guide business decisions.

About the responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, journal postings, bank reconciliations, and payment processing;
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations;
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and the preparation of financial reports;
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including vendor payments, client invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, and resolving discrepancies;
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
• Assist with external CPAs and auditors by preparing required documentation and supporting statutory and audit requirements;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes, internal controls, and cross-functional teams and finance operations.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Finance;
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus);
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
