Bial in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive finance analytics and transform data into strategic insights. You will develop predictive models, dashboards, and data solutions that support planning, forecasting, and governance across global finance processes.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a related field and 5–8 years of experience in data science and BI, with hands-on expertise in Power BI and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and finance processes is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions for financial planning, forecasting, risk management, and business performance.
• Design dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting models, and data visualisation tools to enhance business visibility and performance monitoring.
• Automate finance processes and improve efficiency through digital technologies.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deploy data solutions across systems and locations.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across analytics initiatives.
