Konecta is seeking an experienced Finance Controller in Lisbon to partner with Operations and Key Accounts, driving financial performance and profitability. You will play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, ensuring data integrity and process alignment across finance teams.

You will combine financial analysis with business partnering and process improvement in a fast-paced international setting. The role requires strong SAP FI/CO expertise and excellent Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Accounting or Business Partnering.
• Experience in multinational environments; BPO/Contact Centres/Shared Services/Technology advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and ERP governance.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis/reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations and Key Account teams to monitor financial performance and optimise profitability.
• Analyse costs, payroll drivers, headcount planning and margin performance.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, forecasts and management reporting for local and Group stakeholders.
• Act as Finance lead during SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring data integrity.
• Support ERP transformation, master data governance and UAT.
• Drive continuous improvements across Finance processes and reporting.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Controller to become a strategic business partner within our Finance team, supporting operational decision-making while playing a key role in one of Konecta's most exciting transformation projects: the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Key Account teams to monitor financial performance and optimise campaign profitability.
• Analyse operational costs, payroll drivers, headcount planning and margin performance.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, forecasts and management reporting for local and Group stakeholders.
• Act as the local Finance Key User during the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.
• Support ERP transformation, master data governance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive continuous improvements across Finance processes and reporting.

What we're looking for:

• 4–6+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Accounting or Business Partnering.
• Previous experience within multinational environments. Experience in BPO, Contact Centres, Shared Services or Technology will be considered a strong advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of:
• SAP (FI/CO)
• Microsoft Excel
• Financial analysis and reporting
• ERP implementations and master data governance
• Languages:
• English (Professional proficiency)
• Spanish (Professional proficiency)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
