HITACHI ENERGY PORTUGAL, S.A. is seeking a Service Technician to join the team in Perafita, Portugal. The role involves hands-on field service support for installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades, applying technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

The candidate must be able to work on-site, possess a high school/technical background, and have strong communication and teamwork skills. Portuguese fluency is required with basic English preferred.

Qualificações

• High school or technical course.
• At least 4/5 years of professional work experience.
• Valid driver´s license.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Well versed in the Microsoft Windows environment (MS Server, MS Office).
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and repair of power transformers and its accessories, both in workshop and onsite.
• Installation, adaptation of accessories and systems.
• Technical support on installed products and equipment.
• Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and malfunctions resolution.
• Decision when products should be upgraded or replaced.
• Onsite training for customer support personnel.
