Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Sines, Portugal location. You will maintain, diagnose and repair port equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency and reliability of operations.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, fault resolution, customer liaison, and on-site commissioning of drive system upgrades. The role requires readiness for physically demanding work and site-driven schedules.

Qualifications

• Carrying out preventive maintenance, upgrades and repairs on port cranes and other lifting equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults effectively.
• Liaising with customers, engineering teams and the parent company to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinating and organising the technical team to maximise productivity and safety.
• Identifying and reporting opportunities for improvements or sales during service visits.
• Accurately completing all required technical documentation.
• Carrying out repairs and upgrades to drive systems, including commissioning.

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Sines _ Portugal

Please note:
