Job summary

Dstelecom in Santarém is seeking a Fiber Optic Operations and Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the FTTH network, diagnose faults quickly, and support installations while upholding technical standards.

The role requires at least two years in telecommunications, ability to read FTTH designs, valid driving license, and strong communication and teamwork. You will work in your area of residence to improve service quality and deliver reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• Mandatory minimum education level.
• At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications, especially in Fiber Optic Networks.
• Ability to read and analyze FTTH project designs.
• Experience performing FTTH network testing.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Preferably resident in the area of application.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, and resilience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
