MasterFix Solutions is seeking a part-time Database Administrator in Faro, Portugal. You will maintain and optimize our databases, ensure security, and support development teams to meet application requirements.

The role is 20 hours per week with a monthly salary of 1800 USD. You will design database structures, implement backup plans, and stay current with industry trends in database technology.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of database security best practices.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Design and implement database structures and standards
• Create backup and recovery plans in case of data loss or corruption
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure database design meets application requirements
