AlSaree AutoTechnics is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Faro to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Developing project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Reviewing and approving project expenditures.
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Resolving conflicts or delays during construction.
