Job summary

Innuos, a leader in high-performance digital audio products, is seeking a Buyer to ensure availability, quality and cost effectiveness of components and materials supporting production. You will work closely with Operations, Production and Engineering to align procurement with product requirements and timelines.

The role emphasizes sourcing, BOM comprehension, supplier relations, purchase orders, and delivery tracking, with a focus on electronic components.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience with electronic components or technical products valued.
• Experience with BOMs in a production or product environment.
• Knowledge of supplier lead times, supply risk and procurement planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement for components and materials, focusing on electronic components.
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand BOM requirements and ensure accurate sourcing.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for reliability and quality.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and track deliveries, addressing supply risks.
• Monitor supplier lead times and align with production planning.
• Support cost analysis, supplier comparisons and negotiation.
• Coordinate with Production and Planning to ensure material availability.
• Maintain procurement data and supplier records in internal systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier performance.
