AlphaConnect is looking for a skilled Facade Technician in Braga to install and maintain building facades while ensuring safety and architectural standards. This contract role includes accommodation and visa support, with a monthly salary of 1300 USD.

You will install and repair facades, read blueprints, and collaborate with architects and engineers to guarantee safe, high-quality outcomes on site.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in facade installation or maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations for facade work.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Braga As a Facade Technician you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ including accommodation and free visa and ticket

Responsibilities

• Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
• Repair and maintain existing facades to ensure safety and functionality
• Inspect facades for any damage or potential hazards
• Work with various materials such as glass metal stone and concrete
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure proper installation and maintenance
• Follow safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facade work
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
• Physically fit to work at heights and lift heavy materials if needed

Preferred

• Certification in facade installation or maintenance
• Experience working on high-rise buildings
• Familiarity with different facade systems such as curtain walls cladding or rainscreens
