Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro is offering a 12-month graduate program within the Purchasing Quality Engineering team. You will learn and contribute to material group strategy, supplier base development, and preventive quality for electronic parts, wire harness, sensors, and traded goods.

The role includes problem solving, data analysis, engineering change support, KPI monitoring, and exploring AI-enhanced daily tasks. On-site, full-time with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or Chemistry.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Structured and analytical with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in an international team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support in problem solving activities.
• Data preparation and analysis for Initial Sample Inspection Report in Traded Goods and data maintenance in IT systems.
• Follow-up and support in Engineering Change Request process.
• Support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement within the group.
• Assist in AI integration into daily tasks with value-adding solutions.

As part of Purchasing Quality Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the business growth of Bosch Home Comfort group. Our team aims to shape the material group strategy, to achieve a competent supplier base, and focus on preventive quality within the following material Groups: Electronic parts, wire harness, sensors, and traded goods.

Your Contribution To Something Big

• Support in problem solving activities;
• Data preparation and analysis for Initial Sample Inspection Report process in Traded Goods, and support in maintaining data on the IT system;
• Follow-up and support in Engineering Change Request process;
• Support on the KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement activities within the group;
• Support the team in AI integration into the daily tasks proposing added value solutions.

Your profile

• Academic Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electric, Materials, Chemistry) or similar technical field;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and AI Tools;
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Structured and Analytical way of working, results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude;
• Ability to work in an international team environment.
