Job summary

Bosch in Portugal is offering a 12-month internship to join the Digital Content Chain and Product Information Management teams. You will help implement Stibo STEP standards, liaise with central IT, and work across PIM, ERP, and APIs to improve data quality.

The role emphasizes data governance, taxonomy refinement, and support for agile sprints, with a strong, multinational learning environment and potential for professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: Enrolled student or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Experience: Practical experience or project work in digital content management, e-commerce, or data analysis is an advantage.
• Know-how: Interest in Master Data Management and enterprise PIM architectures; exposure to Stibo STEP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PIM and DCC owners in implementing Stibo STEP standards and workflows.
• Translate business requirements to technical reality via IT departments.
• Monitor and optimize data consistency across the digital ecosystem (PIM, ERP, CCMS, APIs).
• Identify data gaps and refine product taxonomies, hierarchies, and metadata structures.
• Assist in day-to-day PIM operations, user support, and agile sprint deliveries.

Your contribution to something big:

In this 12 months internship you will:

• Support the Product Information Management (PIM) application owner and the Digital Content Chain (DCC) product owner in implementing Stibo STEP standards, governance guidelines, and workflows.
• Support the communication bridge with central IT departments to translate business requirements into technical reality.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize data consistency across our end-to-end digital ecosystem (including PIM, ERP, CCMS, and APIs).
• Identify data gaps, solve operational challenges, and assist in refining product taxonomies, hierarchies, and metadata structures.
• Assist in day-to-day PIM platform operations, user support, and agile sprint deliveries.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Enrolled student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.

Experience: Initial practical experience or project work in digital content management, e-commerce, or data analysis is an advantage (internships, university projects, or student initiatives).

Know-how:

• A keen interest in Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise PIM architectures (prior exposure to platforms like Stibo STEP is a plus).
• Basic understanding of digital content flows and data structures; basic familiarity with Python, JavaScript, databases (SQL), or modern AI-assisted tools is a welcome asset.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Working Style and Methods: Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Personality: Strong communicator with high curiosity, proactive teamwork skills, and an enthusiasm for continuous learning and digital innovation.
