Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro is offering an extracurricular internship in Process Digitalization and Automation. The 12‑month program is on-site and focused on transforming processes with AI, automation and digital tools.

Participants will work with engineering teams, translate business challenges into use cases and train end-users. The role requires a strong technical foundation, knowledge in .NET/C#/JavaScript, and good English and Portuguese communication.

Qualifications

• High degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Understanding of web application architecture and development.
• Knowledge in programming languages: .NET, C#, JavaScript; familiarity with PowerBI, automation tools and databases.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand needs and identify suitable technologies.
• Help structure and facilitate working sessions.
• Translate business challenges into practical use cases.
• Train end-users on the new digitalized processes.
• Explore emerging AI technologies within Bosch's environment.
• Contribute to design and internal development of AI agents and automation.
• Test functionality, usability, and suitability for processes.
• Document findings, gather feedback, and support adoption and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to understand their needs and with the team identify the appropriate technologies to be used;
• Help structure and facilitate working sessions;
• Translate business challenges into practical use cases;
• Train the internal end-user in the new digitalized process;
• Exploring emerging AI technologies in Bosch's environment;
• Contributing to the design and internal development of AI agents and process automation;
• Testing their functionality, usability, and suitability for specific processes;
• Document findings, gather user feedback, and support the continuous improvement and adoption of the solutions developed

What Distinguishes You

• High degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Understanding of web application architecture and development;
• Knowledge in programming languages, particularly .NET framework, C# and Javascript is an advantage and knowledge in other digital tools (PowerBI, Automate and Databases);
• Good communication skills both in English and Portuguese;
