A global financial services provider in Lisbon seeks a candidate to manage export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulations under Letter of Credit and Documentary Credit sales. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in import and export business, knowledge of UCP and INCOTERMS, and fluency in both French and English. This role offers a hybrid working environment and requires excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the export documentation process with relevant countries.
• Process and control export documents as per LC, DC & regulations.
• Issuance & negotiation of documentation according to LC & DC.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for shipment and documentation.
• Update daily on the ERP system.
• Contact with suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, agents, customers & banks.
