Riskified is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our global Recruitment team in Lisbon. This hybrid role partners with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across Tech, GTM, and business functions in Portugal.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering an outstanding candidate experience while driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• 4-6+ years of experience in end-to-end, in-house recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Tech, GTM and business roles.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Native or fluent Portuguese and English, with strong communication.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global Recruitment team in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to build exceptional teams, this role is for you.

As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent across multiple business functions. You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping scale our global organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interview teams throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment processes.
• Manage recruitment processes across Portugal while collaborating with stakeholders across different regions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Use recruitment KPIs and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring performance.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with local labor regulations and company hiring standards.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in end-to-end, in-house recruitment
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including Tech, GTM and business roles
• Experience working in a global environment
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows and improve hiring outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Native or fluent Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

We include transparent salary ranges to support fairness, clarity, and informed decision-making early in the process. The base salary range for this position is €39,000 - €44,000 gross annually for candidates based in Lisbon. Your actual salary will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and competencies. If your expectations differ, please let us know - we’re always open to a conversation.
The base salary is one part of the total compensation package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
