PPOAR in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. You will operate heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth on construction sites.

The role requires at least two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read construction plans. Comprehensive full‑time hours include accommodation for non‑local employees and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience operating other heavy machinery is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to job site and company regulations.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and maintain daily logs.
• Dig trenches, foundations, backfill and level terrain as needed.
• Load trucks with materials for transportation.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
