The Ideal Partner Profile
You are an established recruitment professional who:
- Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.
- Is ready for independence – you have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand.
- OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth.
- Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships.
- Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive.
- Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
- Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation.

Essential
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential).
Desirable
- Existing client base or business pipeline.
- Specialization in high-demand sectors.
- Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems.
- Previous experience running a business or managing P&L.
- Established network within your business community.
