Job summary

Delnext is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate stock levels in a hybrid role in Cacém–Sintra with one remote day per week.

You will analyze stock data with advanced Excel, optimize inventory, supervise order creation, invoices, and supplier negotiations, and work with cross‑functional teams to meet service levels and prevent stockouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (desirable).
• Analytical skills to interpret stock data and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing service levels.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (required).

Responsibilities

• Administer the movement of incoming and outgoing goods with accurate stock levels.
• Devise and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
• Oversee administrative duties: product creation, order placement, and invoice validation.
• Control the order cycle from creation through to receipt at our warehouse.
• Monitor and preserve inventory management systems.
• Manage service levels and stock turnover.
• Optimize purchasing to prevent stockouts and reduce turnover days.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain stock integrity and meet operational requirements.
