BIAL is seeking an ESG & Sustainability professional to support the implementation of the Sustainability Strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation while contributing to ESG reporting and strategic initiatives.

The role involves coordinating data collection, developing KPIs, monitoring ESG regulatory developments, and promoting sustainability awareness across the group.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in Sustainability and/or Environmental Management.
• Experience with CSRD/ESRS/GRI reporting frameworks.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and ISO 14001 knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ESG data collection and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop, monitor and analyse ESG KPIs and sustainability indicators.
• Support CSRD, ESRS and GRI reporting and other disclosures.
• Monitor ESG regulatory developments and their impact.
• Promote sustainability awareness and employee engagement.
