Noir is seeking an ERP Implementation Analyst (German Speaking) to lead requirements gathering, process mapping and system configuration for clients in Lisbon. The role blends business analysis with hands-on ERP setup and collaboration with technical teams.

You will support UAT, training and go-live, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope. Fluent German and strong English are required to communicate with international stakeholders and document functional specifications.

Qualificações

• Experience with ERP implementations and configuration on MS Dynamics, SAP or Oracle.
• Strong VBScript and SQL scripting skills.
• Experience eliciting requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Support UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Stakeholder communication and change management experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC with Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, HR or manufacturing processes.

As anImplementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering client requirements, mapping business processes, configuring the ERP system, supporting UAT, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will serve as the link between end users and technical teams, ensuring that ERP implementations align with business goals and are delivered on time and within scope.

Successful candidates should have experience with:

• ERP implementation and configuration (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).


• Strong knowledge of VBScript and SQL scripting.


• Requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.


• Supporting clients through UAT, training, and go-live.


• Stakeholder communication and change management.


• SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.


• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR or manufacturing modules.


• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
