Purpose of the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EPS Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing sales activities related to EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) in Iberia (Portugal and Spain), ensuring accurate forecasting, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting commercial operations in alignment with company goals.

Opportunity
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and customer demand to support planning.
  • Manage pricing and quantities in line with guidelines from the European Commercial Manager.
  • Prepare and send customer quotes.
  • Collect and share customer feedback.
  • Negotiate and close deals under the most favorable terms for the company.
  • Enter customer orders into the system when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate sales statistics and price files.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Visit customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Record and follow up on customer claims to ensure timely resolution.
Background
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in styrenics is a strong plus).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness and ability to travel inland and abroad.
  • Strong communication skills; trustworthy and approachable.
