Oasis Wellness Oman is looking for an entry-level Project Manager to join our team in Funchal, Madeira. You will work closely with senior project managers to support planning, execution and monitoring of multiple projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, organization and clear communication while providing opportunities to grow in project management. Visa sponsorship and travel arrangements are offered for the selected candidate.

Entry-level Project Manager

We are currently hiring for an entry-level Project Manager to join our team in Funchal. This role is suitable for men who are interested in starting their career in project management. As an entry-level Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to support and assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Assist with project coordination and communication between team members and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Help to manage resources such as budget, materials, and personnel
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience as a project coordinator or assistant is a plus

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Visa/Travel Requirements: This position is open to candidates without prior experience. We will provide free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements for the selected candidate.

Location: This position is based in Funchal, Portugal. However, we are open to candidates of any nationality who are able to work legally in Portugal.
