Responsibilities

• Assisting with plastering walls, ceilings and other surfaces according to specifications.
• Mixing plaster materials and applying them evenly onto surfaces using tools such as trowels, floats or sprayers.
• Smoothing out rough spots and ensuring an even surface.
• Removing excess plaster and cleaning up work areas after completion of tasks.
• Learning from senior plasterers and taking on additional responsibilities as skills are developed.
