The Entry Level Merchandiser role in Faro, Portugal, offers a starting career in retail merchandising. You will visit assigned stores, ensure product displays meet guidelines, and keep shelves stocked according to planograms, while learning the business from experienced team members.

You will build relationships with store managers, monitor inventory, communicate reorders, assist with promotions, and provide customers with information about products.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (preference for candidates with merchandising or retail experience)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes

Entry Level Merchandiser

Salary

$1000 per month, plus potential bonuses based on performance.

Location

This position is based in Faro, Portugal. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Experience

We are open to hiring candidates with little or no experience as long as they possess the necessary skills and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in merchandising. Training will be provided on-the-job by our experienced team members.
