Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in managing IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts hardware/software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of our company's IT systems including hardware, software, networks and servers.
• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure the security and stability of all systems by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls, backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Research new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly.
