No prior experience is required; on-job training will teach you to read drawings, measure and cut materials, install formwork, and pour concrete safely with basic tools. You must have a visa or work permit for Portugal.

We are currently hiring an entry level Formworker to join our construction team in Faro Portugal.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
• Measure and cut materials such as wood, steel and plywood to create formwork
• Install formwork using hand tools and power tools
• Pour and spread concrete into the formwork ensuring proper placement and leveling
• Remove formwork after the concrete has set and clean equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• No prior experience required - on-job training will be provided
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
• Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit in Portugal
