ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking an entry-level Formworker to join our Lisbon-based construction team. You will assist in preparing and assembling concrete forms on job sites and learn hands-on construction skills under supervision.

This role suits motivated individuals with a willingness to work outdoors, follow blueprints, and maintain safety. Accommodation can be provided if needed, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; knowledge of construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Accommodation available if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with building and assembling concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape and fasten materials.
• Pour, spread and smooth concrete into forms.
• Clean work area and tools after each shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
