India Abroad in Lisbon is hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to support design and development of commercial projects. This entry-level role collaborates with senior architects and uses CAD to draft plans.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Architecture, CAD proficiency, strong communication, and willingness to relocate to Lisbon. English fluency is required with Portuguese a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Must be willing to relocate to Lisbon if not already residing there.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project development.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and blueprints.
• Assist with preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress.
