PeakNet in Braga is seeking an entry-level commercial architect to assist in the design planning and construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and uphold building codes and regulations.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400 USD per month. Prior experience is not required, and internship or co-op candidates will be given preference as you gain

Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture or related field; candidates currently pursuing a degree will be considered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings for commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems and construction methods to inform design decisions.
• Help prepare cost estimates for materials and labor for proposed designs.
• Attend site visits to gather information for designs or monitor construction progress.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Continuously learn about new technologies, trends and best practices in commercial architecture.
