You will greet customers, process payments, balance the cash drawer, and stay informed about promotions and policies. English fluency is required; Portuguese is a plus, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualificações

• No experience required; training provided.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience with cash handling or POS systems is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Count and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
