Q-Storage in Almada is hiring an Entry-Level Barista to join our busy cafe team. You will craft espresso-based drinks, interact with guests, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment.

No prior barista experience is required, but a passion for coffee and strong customer service skills are essential. Accommodation is provided for non-local staff, and visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates as we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

We are a busy caf in Almada seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Barista to join our team As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our guests

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso cappuccinos lattes and more
• Ensure consistent high-quality drinks by following recipes and maintaining proper measurements
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with restocking supplies cleaning equipment and other daily tasks as needed

Requirements

• No previous experience as a Barista necessary but basic knowledge of coffee drinks is preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must have the legal right to work in Almada
