VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal is seeking an experienced Adobe Enterprise Field Engineer to join our EMEA Field Engineering team. You will deliver technical and strategic advisory engagements to premium enterprise customers, working under Adobe's brand and quality standards.

The role involves short-form advisory deliverables, discovery sessions, producing written roadmaps, and handing off outcomes to the customer’s success team, with travel around 20%.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting for enterprise customers.
• Ability to present to mixed technical and business audiences up to leadership level.
• Strong English communication; adapt to audience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical and strategic advisory engagements to Adobe's enterprise customers.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customer teams.
• Produce written deliverables (assessments, roadmaps) per established methodologies.
• Document outcomes and hand off to the customer CS/TAM teams.
• Collaborate with account teams to respond to accelerator requests.
• Work across accelerator categories including Technical, Adoption and Strategic Readiness.
