This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Join an international team as an English-Speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative.

Work Model

On-site in Lisbon

Employment Type

Full-time

Working Schedule

Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and 2 rotating days off. Rotating shifts between 12:00 AM and 11:00 PM (5 days/week, 8 hours/day).

Base Salary

€1,000 gross/14-month

Total Fixed Monthly Compensation

€1,320.67 gross/month, including allowances

Variable Bonus

Up to €200, based on performance

About The Role

As a B2B Outbound Sales Representative, you will connect with potential business clients through outbound calls and help them complete the sign-up process and get started with the platform.

You will identify business needs, engage decision-makers, present relevant digital solutions, handle objections, and develop new sales opportunities.

• C1/C2 Level English
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting

• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment

Compensation Package

• €1,000 gross/month base salary
• €83.33 holiday allowance
• €83.33 Christmas allowance
• €154 meal allowance
• €1,320.67 total fixed gross monthly compensation
• Performance-based variable bonus of up to €200
